Green Tea : The Super Beverage



I drink green tea regularly, not because i like it but because of the many health benefits. To get the maximum effect, i often did not add any sugar. super bitter..Erghhh. Anyway, health benefits of green tea comes from it's anti-oxidants and poly-phenols. Primeval Chinese people have used it for medical purposes as they knew green tea was favorable for health. So what are the benefits?




My favourite benefit was it aids in weight loss by boosting metabolism and detoxification, gives healthy skin and anti-aging because of the abundance of anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory.



So how much should we consume? The reality is one cup per day will not give you all the benefits. Some recommends at least 4 cups/day. Another thing to bear in mind is the caffeine in green tea — so if you are sensitive to caffeine then one cup should be your limit. Green tea also contains tannins (which can decrease the absorption of iron and folic acid), so if you are pregnant or trying to conceive then green tea may not be ideal for you. To help with the taste, try adding some honey.

Minggu lepas sis ada post gambar makeover laman rumah yang siap dalam masa 3 hari. Rupanya ramai jugak yang ingin mempunyai laman yang cantik dan kemas kan. Ye la, balik kerja stress petang-petang. Jadi kalau ada laman yang kemas, hati pun sejuk dan tenang je.  So uols pun bertanya-tanya macam mana sis buat laman tu? Ahh senang aja. Janji ada kerajinan, kemahuan dan sudah tentunya kena ada modal sikit.  Laman yang sis makeover tu adalah laman rumah mak weols. Sedeh nengoknya terbiar macam tu. Sayang tak buat apa-apa sebab lokasi dan saiz dia penuh dengan potensi untuk menjadi sebuah laman yang cantik. Idea untuk deko laman itu memang ada cuma proses melaksanakannya membuat otak sis jam. Tanah rumah tu mendap dan turun beberapa inci. Jadi ada ruang yang perlu diisi supaya laman itu nanti sama rata dengan konkrit rumah. Mana lagi nak tanam bunga, rumput dan deko? Sebenarnya sis tak tau macam mana nak mula sehinggalah satu hari tu, iols ikut sepupu sis, si JJ beli tiles. S

Betul Ke Nasi Boleh Menyebabkan Kegemukkan? "Shima, jom lunch ni kita pergi makan nasi campur kat gerai depan tu nak?" tanya Mira kepada rakan sekerjanya, Shima.  "Eh, tak boleh!
